Simple Moments for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!!!

  Goodmorning sweet friends, 

Today I show you some inspiration on my blog. For this post I made another layout with some pretty prima marketing papers & amazing 2Crafty chipboard pieces. For this layout I used another picture of my husband and our daughter just like on my last layout I showed you here. I really love to decorate my pictures with the amazing phrases like I did here.

12x12 Clock Face Frames

All the chipboard pieces are firstly treated with a layer of white gesso. The swirls I decorated with some acrylic matt paint, some spray & wax. The chaine circle I painted with three different paints and black gesso as I did with the clock face. 

The beautiful phrase I treated with two layers of white embossing powder and for the word "together" I also used some embossing powder. For that last one I thought it was to shiny on my layout so I also added some white wax & gesso on that one.

Sure hope you like my layouts as much as I love making them.

Nothing Beats a Father's Love for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!!!

  Good evening sweet & lovely friends, 

I am so excited that you are here with me today as I bring you some inspiration. For this occasion I created a layout with a picture of my husband and darling daughter. For this layout I used a older prima marketing collection named "Georgia Blues" and their embellishments. I really love to work with blues but I find it very hard to take a photograph of my work since blue is hard to take photo's of somehow.

All the chipboard pieces are treated with a layer of white gesso after that I spraypainted it with several sprays in a light blue color trying to mimic the color of the papers. Then I added some darker blue acrylic paint on every piece randomly. 

On the snowball tree I added some bling as I did throughout my layout after that I used some white spray to finish my work. 

Sure hope you like my layouts as much as I love making them.

"Reach for the Stars" Reversed Canvas ***February Color Challenge at Lindy's***!

 Hi my sweet fiends, 

I was so excited about the the new color challenge at Lindy's that I had to participate. And I did with this reversed canvas and I have used the uber pretty "Aquarelle Dreams" collection by Prima Marketing. I made this canvas for my cousin who lives in the states with her husband & cute son. 

Reach for the Stars: 

I have used some of the older flowers by prima who look like the vines that came out with the collection I used. The chipboard pieces I have used here are of course by 2Crafty Chipboard and I also used a couple of moulds.

I really love playing with my Lindy's stash a lot I use them on almost every project I make. I have a bunch of favorites of course like I think everyone has.

I idolise your silliness clear tag!!! Playing at ***More Than Words*** June's mini challenge!!!

 Hello my sweet friends, 

Today I'd like to share a tag with you all! I made this tag for this months mini challenge at the More Than Words blog. This was a challenging one for me because you had to use the word "Idol"! But in the end it worked for me because I changed it a little I made it more my own if you know what I mean.

I idolise your silliness: 

On this picture Abbey {our little girl} is wearing my shoes and making goofy faces and just being her silly self. I was planning to make a clear tag for a long time and I am so glad I finally did. For this tag I used the pretty "Georgia Blues" collection by Prima Marketing with matching flowers.

On the clear tag I added a stamp my Creative Embellishments with embossing ink and some light gold embossing powder by Lindy's Stamp Gang. On the left side where the paper is I stitched with my sewing machine on the other side I used my white stitch rub-ons by 49 and Market.

Behind Abbey I added some wings from a pack by Tim Holtz this was a really fun tag to make and I think my next one is going to be a clear tag as well but who knows....

You are Strong & Thanks Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***

Good morning lovelies. 

How nice of you to visit my blog.  Today I show you what I made using my precious Cheery Lynn Designs dies. This time I went for a card with some of the flower dies Cheery Lynn Designs offers {I love making my own flowers}. For this card I used the pretty NEW "Rose Quartz" collection by Prima Marketing and some of the Maja Design card stock for making the pink flowers. 

You are Strong:

I was inspired by pink ribbon, because in the Formula 1 {yes I watch that ;-)} they made some pink highlights in the cars which I thought was amazing. In the centers of the flowers I added some metal embellishments and I also used some flairs by Cuts2luv. To finish my card I added some leaves, prills {those little pink beads}, dewdrops and a bow of thread.

Who is your greatest inspiration for creating? Well for me there are a couple ladies/men who inspire me to create, one of them is Gabrielle Pollacco {who doesn't love her work right??}! She has been a guest here for Cheery Lynn Design too a couple of years back. She got me inspired to make this card {especially the flowers with the white dots on them} so thanks sweet Gabi....sometimes inspiration is drifting of and you need some to make a DT project, then for me I just have to look at some of my amazing friends and I know what to make.

Those sprays are made with the Sweet Williams Strip and they are really easy to make hopefully I can show you how I made them soon. I LOVE the burlap border it's one of my favorite dies of Cheery Lynn because you can use them for so many things {mostly are a background piece} here on my card I layered two of them slightly moved on top of each other.

 For this card I used several 49 and Market collections. Since you almost only see Christmas/Halloween cards on the blog at the moment I thought let's make something different to show of....oops I did that last week too hehe I am not such a fan of Christmas I think that's why I almost never make those cards.
