Brotherly Love Lasts Forever Layout Playing at *49 and Market* & *More Than Words* & *Finnabair's Art Recipe* & *Mixed Media Place* & * Lindy's Stamp Gang*!!!

Goodmorning my lovely friends,

Today I'd like to show you another layout and again just for fun. I really love this photo of Kevin & Abbey. I think it's one of my most precious ones that's because you see the love Kevin has for his little sister a bond that can never be broken. For this layout I used all 49 and Market papers, embellishments and flowers but all the mediums I have used are by Finnabair.

Brotherly Love Lasts Forever:

I also used this months sketch at the 49 and Market Fans Facebook page but also the one at the More Than Words blog. This time I flipped the 49 and Market one so it looked more like the one at More Than Words. As most of you know I am a hugh sucker for the color purple and again this month there was a beautiful moodboard at the finnabair blog so I could not resist to enter a second time.

I cut the "Reminisence"sheet and placed the outside edges inwards I hope you know what I mean by that...then I placed on top of the other woodgrain sheet from the same collection and distressed the edges also I used a stitch stamp on now what are the outer edges then I randomly added the script stamp & a Finnabair stencil so now my background is ready.

On the some what blue flowers I added some art alchemy opal magic paint in the color blue-pink. On the purple flowers I used some finnabair waxes {sweet rose & heather hills}, also the cirkel underneath my photo is treated with art alchemy paint metallique vintage rose & impasto paste lavender. To finish of my layout I added some wishing bubbles, art stones and white paint splatters.

As I told you before I really love the sketches at the 49 and Market blog/facebook page they are very inspiring to me. This time I rotated it to the left and used just one picture. I am very excited to see the new one for the month May.

I was also very happy to see that More Than Words had a sketch this month. You could use or be inspired by the word perfect for me this is the perfect photo of the love and bond between two siblings. To my kids "Always Remember"that!

As I just love purple & pink that's why I fell in love with the April Art Recipe at the Finnabair blog.

The colours: pastel pink, pastel blue, lilac!
You could choose two of the four products listed and those where:
Icing paste, Jewel Effect Paste, Impasto Paint or ArtAlchemy Metallique Paint!

For my layout I used: Impasto Paint in the color Lavender & ArtAlchemy Metallique Paint {three different ones}

Finnabair products used:
Alchemy Opal Magic Violet-Gold
Alchemy Opal Magic Blue-Pink
Alchemy Metallique Was Heather Hills
Impasto Paint Lavender

I was so excited to see that Mixed Media Place had a very similar mood board as at the Finnabair blog. So I thought well why not enter here too it's my second time to enter there...I always see their pretty moodboards but I never found the time to make something for it and then the challenge is over before I know it ;-) Looks how pretty.....

I really loved the color challenge at the Lindy's Stamp Gang blog very much that I entered twice too ;-) Look at their amzing color challenge.

Happy Beauty Layout for ***Renea Bouquets***!!!

Goodmorning lovely friends,

I am so super excited that Renea has asked me to stay on her DT for the rest of 2021. It's such a great team to be on she also has designed some sayings especially for me to use on my work and in the near future she will design some more....how awesome is that right?! If you stick with me until the end of my post you can have a chance to win these beauties. Now as for my lay-out I was planning to make a romantic fall one but that didn't work lol it became just romantic. With in main role our pretty little princess Abbey again!

Happy Beauty:

I wanted to use a black and white background because I wanted to let the color pop of this layout I used some pretty AB studio papers. I ripped the black sheet and placed it on the white woodgrain sheet and then added a coat of clear gesso. Then some stamps & a dusty attic stencil and my backgound is ready.

I wanted to let the picture be the focal point of my layout with all pretty flowers around it. Behind the picture I added some cheesecloth and layered on six pieces of foamtape to lift it so it would have about the same hight as my flowers.

As you see I added some pearls in the "Beauty"word you get that too if you order the alphabet at the Renea Bouquets site. I finished my layout off with some white splatters & some waxes on my flowers & brick walls....This was a quick layout for me normally it takes me about 5 hours and this one just 2,5...

Ideal Cheeks to Kiss Tag Playing at ***Finnabair's April Art Recipe*** & *** More Than Words Mini Challenge*** & ***Mixed Media Place*** & ***Lindy's Stamp Gang***!!!

Goodmorning my sweet friends,
Today I am sharing another tag with you all, one that I made to enter three challenges. I just love making tags at the moment but my heart is still with layouts so don't be afraid I will still be making them ;-)....I really love to add pictures to my tags as you see in the picture below. This time another picture of our pretty daughter Abbey.

Ideal Cheeks to Kiss:

For this tag I used two mould sets by Finnabair "The Stars and Moon Moulds" & " Grungy Frames Moulds" all the mediums I used are also from Finnabair. The pink & purple flowers and the wishing bubbles are by 49 and Market. The pastel blue flowers are by a unknown brand {at least for me}. All the chipboard pieces you see on my tag are by the amazing Renea from Renea Bouquets.

The first thing I did was making my tag black with heavy gesso and then I added the manuscript stencil with the rose gold Icing Paste at the end I added blue opal magic mica powder with some water on top of my whole tag. So now my base is ready and I can begin to embellisch my tag.

The words Ideal & Kiss are rubbons that I put on a light purple pieces of paper. The moulds are treated with ArtAlchemy Acrylic paint in the colors opal magic "violet-gold" & "blue-pink, ArtAlchemy Metallique paint in the colors "vintage rose" & "french lavender! On the grungy frame I also added some texture effect paste in the color powder blue and to finish them off I added two waxes Bronze Age & Turquoise Satin

I really love this months Art Recipe at Finnabair's blog, as most of you know I love every shade of purple and since we have Abbey pink is on top of my list too as is blue so this was perfect for me to create something pretty.

The colours: pastel pink, pastel blue, lilac!
You could choose two of the four products listed and those where:
Icing paste, Jewel Effect Paste, Impasto Paint or ArtAlchemy Metallique Paint!

For my tag I used: Icing Paste & ArtAlchemy Metallique Paint {Four different ones}

Finnabair products used:
Alchemy Opal Magic Violet-Gold
Alchemy Opal Magic Blue-Pink
Art Alchemy Metallique Bronze Age Wax
Art Ingredients Mica Powder Blue Opal Magic

I really love to enter the Mini Challenges at the More Than Words Blog because a tag, card or ATC's are really easy & quick to make and you have so much fun while doing it. This month the word you had to use was "Ideal" that very challenging for me because I never use it....but I am really glad I challenged myself to still enter.
I was so excited to see that Mixed Media Place had a very similar mood board as at the Finnabair blog. So I thought well why not enter here too it's my first time to enter there...I always see their pretty moodboards but I never found the time to make something for it and then the challenge is over before I know it ;-) Looks how pretty.....

I really loved the color challenge at the Lindy's Stamp Gang blog very much that I entered twice too ;-) Look at their amzing color challenge.
