Moments of Motherhood Layout for ***Celebr8***!!

  Goodmorning lovely friends, 

Today I give you some inspiration with the gorgeous "Family Ties" collection by Celebr8  This collection has lot's of wonderful word strips like all the Celebr8 collections have. For this layout I used a picture of my beautiful kids having a little moment. I had so much fun creating this layout it is a little busy for my normal style but I love how it turned out. 

The flowers are all handmade with these amazing papers a very time consuming but relaxing thing to do. This is such a pretty collection because it has such amazing sentiments. I added some mould hearts as a extra element. The background I wrinkled a lot and then I added some white gesso on the outer edges and in the middle.

I also did some stitching and lots of layering on my layout and I used a bunch of sentiments on my layout.

Spring Smile Layout for ***ScrapAndMe***!!

 Hello Lovely Friends! 
I am still so delighted that I am part of this wonderful design team these papers are so freaking pretty that I am in scrapbooking heaven everytime I am in my scraproom. Spring Purple has to be my alltime favorite for sure. I really wanted to scrap this picture of Abbey for a while now and the "Spring Purple"collection was the perfect fit for it. 

Spring Smile: 

I really love the look of wrinckled papers on my layouts the papers of ScrapAndMe are perfect for that technique. The big flower is handmade what I really like to do although it's very time consuming I find it very relaxing. On the background of my layout I stitched around the edges with my sewing machine and I used a stencil fot more intresting parts on my work. 

I love to add clocks to my work so I did here I was a little inspired by the newest moulds that where just released. I also added some mould hearts which I painted with purple acrylic paint & some wax. I cut out the word spring to add to my layout from the cover of the collection pack. For the finishing touch I added paper clips, art stones, lace and jute cord. I also did a lot of fussy cutting here.

Today was Just Adorable Layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard*** & ***Maja Design***!!!

 Hi there lovely friends,
It's a lovely day to visit my blog, for today I have another layout to share with you. Lately I really love to use a little mixed media on my layouts like combining the very romantic stuff with a darker twist to it. This time I made all the beautiful chipboard pieces black which I later on painted to my likes. For this layout I used a picture of both our kids {Kevin & Abbey} Kevin was reading a book and I thought it was so sweet that I took a picture.

All the pretty chipboard are treated with a layer of black gesso. Then I used several waxes and a dabber brush to make it look like real metal. In the end I added some color with acrylic paints to match my layout 

For my layout I have used some Maja Design papers and a new mould to frame my sweet picture with. For the background I have used a stencil and some sprays.
