That Spunky Attitude Layout for ***49 and Market***

Hi there and welcome back,
Today I have something totally different to share then I normally make, this time it's a masculine layout and I used some of the Laser Cut Shapes Archival Boards to compliment my layout. The picture I used is one of my husband way back in time when he was around the age of 11 he was always into army things like he still is {now he is a gamer playing world of tanks}. Although it was really hard to not use flowers I think it worked out just fine.

That Spunky Attitude:
On the background I randomly added Gabi's Patterned Texture Stamp Set, then I inked all around the edges of my page after that I used a stencil and added some sprays. I had great fun in making this layout all the chipboard pieces are treated with the new rust paste sets by finnabair at the end I also added some of the burlap ribbon.

49 and Market products used:
Vintage Artistry -Tattered, Rusty Autumn - Enchanted & Reminiscent, Burlap Ribbon Roll - Cream, Gabi's Patterned Texture Stamp Set, Laser Cut Shapes Archival Board - Remember Today {black} & Timeless {black}.

Other products used:
Dusty Attic chipboard, Stencils, Crackle Paste, Lindy’s Stamps Gang sprays, Stamps, Rust Paste Military & Camouflage sets, Clear gesso, Gesso white, Ink, Waxes.

Thank you so much for your visit today I hope you enjoyed my post and are inspired by it to use your 49 and Market goodies… have a lovely day.

Cheeky Snapshot layout for ***The Dusty Attic***

Hello lovelies,
Today I am sharing a masculine 12x12 layout which for me is a clean and simple layout without using any flowers.....yess me without flowers it was a real challenge I can tell you!
The picture is of my dear hubby when he was just a cute little boy {he loves that picture NOT lol that I had to use it just to tease him} For this layout I played with some amazing 49 and Market papers & stamps.

Cheeky Snapshot:
All the pretty chipboard pieces are treated with gesso and acrylic paint by Dusty Attic {those paints are the bomb for sure} there is such a lovely variation of beautiful colors that you can use them for any layout of other projects.

The word Cheeky is one of my favorite ones by Dusty Attic that word pack is amazing to use on masculine layouts for sure. I cut the largest piece of the DA1521 - Scribble Frame Set Small in two pieces and added them on two seperate parts of my layout.

The numbers around my picture are painted with the denim blue paint and then I added some gesso with a dabber on random spots. The nuts ate painted with the grey paint and then I added some black paint to the edges.

Thanks for the Fabulous Time Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***!

Goodmorning lovelies,
At the moment I am totally into making Autumn cards, I don't know why maybe it's because of the pretty paper collections & dies I get to work with!
For this card I used two new paper collections from 49 and Market named "Scents of Nature"and "Looking Through" in the last one there are these lovely fairy & mushrooms pictures that you can cut out. That got me thinking I had those cute mushroom dies that I wanted to use for a long time and it totally was a wonderful fit for this card.

Thanks for the Fabulous Time:
Oh how I love that B296 - Tiny Bubbles Borders die it can be used for serveral occations such as summer cards/layouts but also fall, spring and winter projects. This time I added some mixed media products like sprays by Lindy's Stamp Gang and that amazing "bubbles stamp" by 49 and Market {designed by Gabrielle Pollacco who was a guest designer at Cheery Lynn Designs some time ago}
The thanks stamp is by Joy design! The flower is made by two flowers that I have combined I wetted the flowers and wrinkled them a little en then I dried them. Underneath the flower I added the gorgeous B179 - Iris Leaves & B206 - Mini Leaf Set that I got in my latest DT pack.

I hope you enjoyed my post and I have inspired you to use your Cheery Lynn Designs dies.
Have a wonderful Mother's Day....

Moments That Last a Lifetime Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***!

Hi everyone,
Today I have a card for you all in one of my latest post I told you I love making flowers and this time I would like to show you two different canvas flowers that I made with two different dies from Cheery Lynn! For this card I wanted to go with the earth tones from the amazing "Vintage Artistry" collection by 49 and Market. I bought some canvas fabric in two different colors and I still had some bookbind stuff in my stash that I could use one the backside of the canvas to give it more body and so it wouldn't fall in to pieces while cutting it.

Moments That Last a Lifetime

I think my canvas flowers turned out amazing. I love them to bits!! This was such a great card to make. Lately I really enjoy making cards more than I could have imagined.

Life is Beautiful so Just Smile Layout for ***The Dusty Attic*** & ***49 and Market*** and also playing at ***More Than Words***!

Goodmorning lovelies,
Spring arrived here in The Netherlands and I am really enjoying the nicer and warmer weather already, can't wait for the Summer to start. Today I want to share another layout which is very springlike because of the wonderfully and beautiful 49 and Market flowers & Dusty Attic chipboards  which is very easy to make it pretty when you have such gorgeous products to work with. In my last post I told you I am in LOVE with the "Vintage Shades" collections and all the words strips chippies,  so for this layout I used another shade of those flowers. I also added some butterflies from the NEW layered embellishments on my work.

Life is Beautiful so Just Smile:
All the chipboard pieces are by The Dusty Attic which I colored with gesso and later one with embossing powder, rust paste and ink. For this layout I used the pretty NEW "Scents of Nature" combined with just one little piece of "Vintage Artistry" at the bottom part of my layout. The picture is one of my gorgeous little niece "Mijntje"who is not so little anymore she is almost ten now here she was just one, this picture makes me happy and smiling from ear to ear.
This layout was based on the pretty mood board & sketch at the Dusty Attic blog for this month did you already enter your work?? Can't wait to see it....

 On the background I used the faded demask stamp by Gabrielle and I used it with embossing ink and powder but also with just darker ink then I sprayed my most favorite spray on my whole layout {sidewalk chalk by Lindy's}

On the background I added paste with a damask stencil to match my layout. At the end I also used some mini prills. It's the first time I used the grunge board {not sure what the name is} on the lower part of my layout I really like the effect it gives my layout.

The Dusty Attic products used: DA1594 Smile, DA0507 Ferns, DA11704 life beautifully, Word strips and Circle Ornate frame, Tickets, Oval frames.

49 and Market products used: Scents of Nature, Vintage Artistry, Vintage Shades flowers, pale lavender garden vine, pale lavender blooms, Faded demask stamp, mulberry paper flowers.

Other products used: Stencils, Paste, Rust Past, Lindy's Stamps Gang sprays and embossing powders, Stamps, Mica Powders, Cheese cloth, Gesso, Ink.

With this layout I am entering this months challenge at "More Than Words" using the word "Beautiful" & Butterflies which is totally up my ally just take a look at how pretty it is: I also went with the colors of the pretty picture.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and have a glorious weekend....hugs
