All About Love Embroidery Hoop for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!!!

Hello and good afternoon lovely friends,
How wonderful of you all to stop by my blog, for today I have a little something else to show you. This time I made a spring embroidery hoop, but my printer was acting up so I didn't used
the picture I wanted too. But this is still a cute picture of your beautiful children Kevin & Abbey!

 All About Love:

All the chipboard pieces are altered with two layers of white gesso. Then I treated the two celia frames {those are my favorite frames from 2Crafty by far} with two layers wowzers white embossing powder, I also did that with the top part of the word "about" the bottom part I used my alcohol marker in a light denim blue color. I also used that for the word love.

The butterflies are also altered with my alcoholmarker in the color "straw yellow" then I layered them on some light yellow paper from the same collection I used here which is the NEW maja design collection called Spring Garden. On the centers of the butterflies I added some nuvo crystal drops, the clock face I just painted with two colors of acrylic paints in blue & yellow!

A Cheeky Moment Captured Layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!

How wonderful of you all to stop by my blog, this is my first layout for the month of April. We are getting more and more warmer weather and how I love that. For today I have another layout to share with you and this was such a great one to make I especially love that cheeky picture of Abbey. For this layout I used a 2016 paper collection by BoBunny called "Secret Garden" and a bunch of wonderful 2Crafty Chipboard pieces. Enjoy my post....

It was a while back that I used rust paste on my work so that is what I did on thie layout. It gives your chipboard that extra vintage feeling you will probably see more of that from me soon. 

After I applied the rust paste I also added some waxes on the other pieces I added some acrylic paints in different colors and on some of the chippies I used my alcohol/aqua pens like the green on the 12x12 Braches Frame Set which is a absolute new favorite of mine.

I am so happy you stopped by my blog, today I made another layout to show you and again it's with a baby picture love doing layout's with cute babies lately. This baby is the son of my ex co-worker who became a first time mom in 2024. I have used some new and older chipboard pieces that combined perfectly with some prima paper & flowers.

Most of the chipboard pieces are altered with some white gesso but I also left some of them just in their raw state, sometimes it just fits better that way. The white chipboard pieces on my layout are made white with some acrylic matte paint. 

On the vintage steampunk clock clusters I added some different color waxes. The other chipboard pieces are coloured with my aqua/alcohol markers in a chocolate color & the dainty foilage stems in a dark green sage color and to finish them I added some of my waxes.

I am so happy you stopped by the blog today, and again I used a picture of our lovely Abbey when she was a cute little baby, I sometimes miss that time & think how fast it went by. A while back I bought some amazing papers by Alchemy of Art and I finally got to use it they coördinate so well with the 2Crafty Chipboard as most papers do. Enjoy my post.....

Like my last layout I did some fussy cutting here for the pretty flower. I really love the blue & the greens in this collection so I altered the chipboard pieces that way too. The amazing Berry Vine Set & Mini Branches are treated with some white gesso and matt chalk polish by Creative Expressions.

For the frame and words I used my aqua/alcohol markers again I so love using those. In the end I used some matt white wax to age it a little.

I am so happy you stopped by my blog today, For today I have another layout to share with you, this time right up my alley a overload of pinks & a touch of teal/aqua. Those are my absolute favorite colors to scrap but who am I kidding lots of colors are. The picture I used is one of Abbey that I used once before for another project with 2Crafty Chipboard. I did some fussy cutting for this layout and the chipboard pieces are treated with some white gesso. I used different colors of alcohol markers & and a text stamp on the pretty swirl that I cut up and tucked in my flower clusters.

Behind the pretty handdrawn flower & the arrow journal spot I added some of the light coloured text paper that is also in the top left corner of my layout. I cut the phrase apart and used on two spots on my layout. Loved making this layout!!
