Adore my Little Sister Tag Playing at the Finnabair blog!!!

Goodmorning lovelies,

Today I have a little something else to share with you all. I've made a tag this time but with a picture so it's a little art project instead of the layouts I normally make. I had a lot of fun creating this tag....I was insprired by the lovely colors of "Art Recipe" at Finnabair's blog. I am always inspired by her moodboards but I never found time to make something and now I did.

Adore my Little Sister:

With this tag I am also going to enter the mini challenge at the More Than Words blog the word that you had to use is "Adore"! First I took a packaging of G45 to have as my base of the tag I gessod it white then I added some Texture Paste white Sand & my favorite stencil by finnabair then I added some teal mica powder with some water.

The chipboard pieces you see are by Kor Projects and I won them in december over at the More Than Words blog. First I treated the chipboard with some of the Vintage Rose metallique paint and later on I added some of the purple violet paste {it's from the nothern lights set}
lol somehow I posted this video upside down hihihihihi of my winnings.....

I also added some black lindy's spray because I thought it looked prettier that way. The edges of my tag I treated with the amazing wax by finnabair {I so love them & they smell so good} it's a treat to work with them.

As I said before I will be entering in two challenges the one at the Finnabair blog & the one at the More than words blog. Here is the moodboard from Finnabair:

Let it Snow Layout for *** Renea Bouquets*** & *** Maja Design***

  Goodmorning Lovely Followers,

So for today I'd like to share my second layout to you all, made with some gorgeous Renea Bouquets products. For this layout I wanted a winter theme all though I really dislike winter....we had some snow in the last 2 weeks {around 20 cm} I find that snow is very peaceful and you can hear yourself think that's nice sometimes. But oh does it get messy when melting ughhh. It was a while since there was that much snow.

Let it Snow:

As you can see on my layout I did some handstitching which I find very therapeutic to do...I kept the colors very neutral and the layout is very clean & simple at least for me. On my background I added a crackle stamp and a crackle stencil. I also distressed the edges a lot on the the beautiful boards I just some sprays and snow but I gessod it first.

I am a hugh fan of of Renea's Bouquets Moonstone Glass Beads so I added a couple randomly on my page can you spot them? For this layout I used a picture of my husband and son when he was little I could have used some newer pictures but this one is very precious to me. For this layout I used two pretty Maja Design collections "Home for the Holidays" & "Joyous Winterdays"

The frame was treated with gesso and then I added some snow and the amazing Gawdie Girl Diamond Fine German Glitter Glass on top of that snow. I aslo did the same with the snowflake beautiful boards. The butterflies I treated a little to with some spray & snow to make it a little less shiny what looked better on this particular layout.

A Moment to Smile Layout for ***Renea Bouquets*** & ***Maja Design***!

Goodmorning sweet followers,

I am very excited to be sharing my first layout as a guest designer for Renea Bouquest. For this layout I have used two pictures of our vacation back in 2010 when Kevin was such a cute little boy. We had so much fun then I sure miss our vacations but hopefully covid is on it's return. For this layout I used Maja Design papers and all Renea Bouquets embellishments and oh boy how I love those gorgeous dragonflies!

A Moment to Smile:On the edges of my background paper I added a lot of distress oxide "vintage photo" after I distressed all my edges first. Next thing I did was adding a background stamp and a splatter stencil to give it more of a beachy feeling. Then I used a couple of my lindy's sprays to soften up my background. Now my background is done.

I also used distress oxide "vintage photo" on the beautiful boards. The beautiful boards frames Victorian Scroll Frame & 2 Accents are treated with rust effect past by finnabair and later on I added the Blue Lagoon wax to give it the teal look to match my flowers.

To finish of my layout I also added some art stones and some gorgeous No hole seafoam glass Microbeads by Renea Bouquets. As you see in the last picture the beautiful boards are very thick and nicely cut and you can also leave them untreated as I did with the words moment & smile.
