2 Tags for the 7 tags of Spring challenge at ***Tiets' Creatieve Wereld*** on Facebook!!!

 Hi lovely friends, 
Today I am posting two tags that I made for a challenge at a Dutch Facebook group called:
 Tiets Creatieve Wereld 
I thought is was a very fun challenge we had to make seven tags all created in a theme:

In today's post I will show you day 4 & 7 the tags 3, 5 & 6 are already on my blog since they where also made for my DT work at 2Crafty Chipboard and 1 & 2 are for another DT enjoy my post....

Tag 4: 

Gentle as a Butterfly your Kindness Speaks to me: 

This is my "Hidden Message" tag for this tag I used the pretty "In The Moment" collection by Prima Marketing I am very excited to see Prima is making more collections without the golden & silver foil since I don't like that at all. Also the flowers are made to fit the colors of the papers but they are just the colors not the patterns I am also very happy with that....

I used two tags in my tag with two messages the first one is "Loving This Day" & "Gentle as a Butterfly your Kindness Speaks to me" these messages I used because I had my colleague in mind who is sick {her cancer is back} while making this tag.

This is my tag use the word "Lente" of  "Spring" on your tag I of course used the last one.

Wildy Dreaming of Spring: 

 For this tag I used the pretty "Aquarelle Dreams" collection by Prima Marketing this collection makes my heart very happy since it's made with two of my favorite colors purple & aqua for this tag I also used a picture of our Abbey Jane, a mould by Finnabair {mirror frames} and the amazing Texture Stamp Set designed by Gabrielle Pollacco for 49 and Market back in 2016.

Don't you just love those water drops!! I am so much in love with them I use it very often but mostly on my layouts this is the first time I used it on a tag.

Our Story Layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard*** & Playing with this months challenge at *Dress My Craft* !!

Hi lovely creative peeps, 

Hope you are enjoying your day! I am always in my happy place while creating for 2Crafty Chipboard and all their lovely chipboard designs I just can't imagine to not use their chipboards on my work as they are so detailed and wonderfully designed. For this layout I have used some papers by 49 and Market as I was dying to digg in and again they don't disappoint. They are such a great fit together that I started a new page already. For this layout I have used a picture of my husband & I at a party called "Sensation White" way back {feels like a lifetime ago} enjoy my post....

This time I haven't treated the chipboard pieces a lot since I didn't want them to be shiny or have a lot of color. The nested cog frame that I used around my photo is the only piece that I wanted to stand out from my work so that one I gessod two times with white gesso & used embossing powder on{blue with a pink shimmer on it} 

I have used the large one of the square barbed wire frames and just gessod it with two layers of white gesso and the cut it in pieces to later add them on my nested cog frame after that I used some charcoal black wax what I also did with the rest of my chipboard pieces. 

Only on the gears I used a thin layer of gesso and left some parts of them a little more raw. For the bulldog clips I just added a word from the 49 and Market collection that I raised up with some foam tape. To soften my page I added some white spray & matte white wax. 

With this layout I will be participating in this months challenge on the Dress My Craft Facebook Group you had to be inspired by the winner of last month she made a lovely card for a wedding. I was inspired by the word "Blessed" as I am very blessed to be married to this lovely man, next saturday the 20th we are married for 12 years and I am still happy in love the other part that got me inspired are the cute roses on the bottom of her card.

Love You Long Time layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!!!

Today I show you some inspiration on my blog. For this post I made another layout this time I have used some beautiful pastel tones more my style. Again I have used a baby picture of our Abbey two weeks after she was born relaxing in a deep sleep. This layout was created with the "Little One" collection by Graphic 45 and a whole bunch of beautiful 2Crafty Chipboard pieces as shown below.

All the chipboard pieces are treated with two layers of white gesso. For both word sticks I only added some darker ink around the edges and then added some clear embossing powder I also did that with the rattle, babysock and safety pin. The Ava's Butterflies I sprayed with some gold yellow-ish spray I did that several times until I had the right color.

Both phrases are firstly sprayed and then I added two layers of green embossing powder on "Your First Breath" & "Girl" so that they would have a two toned color. The Dana's Ornate Rectangle Frame was painted with several matte pink colors then to soften it up I used some matte white wax and in the end I added some darker ink around the edges. The buttons, groofy flowers and 2019 I treated with two layers pink embossing powders and for the centers of the flowers I used screwheads and bended the leaves upwards. 

Sure hope you like my layouts as much as I love making them.

"Spring is Here May 2022" Layout for **2Crafty Chipboard** + Entering the *Graphic 45* April Spring Challenge & April Color Challenge at *Lindy's*!!!

Today we celebrate Kingsday in my country so everyone except the people who work in the catering industry has a day off. This day is always a lot of fun and you have family time which is nice too. This time I made a layout which has bolder colors then I normally use, for this layout I have used a 2018 collection by Graphic 45 called "Flutter" The pictures are made at the tulip fields near our home last year. For this layout I have used one of the new designs the beautiful feathers.

The phrase "Spring is here" was treated with two colors of acrylic paint & some of the same colors of spray. Behind the pictures I have cut up the pretty "Jenna frame" which is by far one of my favorite 2Crafty frames Vanessa ever designed that one was coated in two layers of white gesso and the I have added one layer of white embossing powder. 

The word may & 2022 where treated the same way only I have used two layers of the white embossing powder. The beautiful new feathers & leafy Sihouettes where firstly treated with white gesso and the I added two layers of black embossing powder and in theend I added some white matte wax to soften it a little. 

With this project I will be entering two challenges the first one is from:  

I have used the pretty flutter collection which has bold colors which is scary for me since I always use soft toned colors. I have to say it was a challenge but it turned out great I think.

Today was Just Adorable Layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard*** & ***Maja Design***!!!

 Hi there lovely friends,
It's a lovely day to visit my blog, for today I have another layout to share with you. Lately I really love to use a little mixed media on my layouts like combining the very romantic stuff with a darker twist to it. This time I made all the beautiful chipboard pieces black which I later on painted to my likes. For this layout I used a picture of both our kids {Kevin & Abbey} Kevin was reading a book and I thought it was so sweet that I took a picture.

All the pretty chipboard are treated with a layer of black gesso. Then I used several waxes and a dabber brush to make it look like real metal. In the end I added some color with acrylic paints to match my layout 

For my layout I have used some Maja Design papers and a new mould to frame my sweet picture with. For the background I have used a stencil and some sprays.

24 Years of Love {enjoy the journey} Canvas Playing at ***Finnabair May 2022 Art Recipe ***!!

Today I am here with you to share another mixed media panel {canvas} the size of the canvas is 27 by 22cm and for this one I am celebrating our {my husband & mine} 24 years of love together. I will be entering the May Art Recipe at the Finnabair blog. I was this months guest designer and I loved playing again with these beautiful colors & designs. 

24 Years of Love {enjoy the journey}: 

I first prepped my canvas with clear gesso after that I added the pretty tissue papers with the soft matte gel. Then I added some mica powders with a brush and some water. Later on I applied a stencil with some translucent crackle paste. 

After that I added the script stencil with some paper texture paste, underneath the picture I have used the pretty vellum that I won in february. At the end I arranged al my flowers and metal embellishments and glued it on my canvas and I added some art stones & wishing bubbles.
