January 2016 Kit at ***My Creative Scrapbook*** Layout 3 + Playing at Kaisercraft January challenge

Hi everyone,
Today I would like to show you a layout that I made with the amazing January kit from "My Creative Scrapbook"! This kit has all pretty papers by Kaisercraft the Treasured Moments collection in specific also you will have the collectables from the same collection in this kit.
For this layout I used the black and white papers but first take look at this beautiful kit:
For this 3rd layout I used a picture of my dear parents in law all about making their first selfie ever! We had so much fun seeing this picture the first time they are both in the age of 70 and still very much in love with each other. And I think it's a wonderful first selfie don't you think so too?
For this layout I went all pink that's in the kit.

You Make Me Smile:
On the bottom of these papers are some amazing sayings which are great to use on you layouts also the collectables are a amazing addition to the papers. Let's have a closer look:

Don't you just love this kit as much as I do???
With this layout I want to enter the January challenge at the "Kaisercraft" blog for a third time {lol} this month there is a sketch which looks very pretty just take a look:

Hi everyone,
Today I would like to show you a layout that I made with the amazing January kit from "My Creative Scrapbook"! This kit has all pretty papers by Kaisercraft the Treasured Moments collection in specific also you will have the collectables from the same collection in this kit.
For this layout I used the black and white papers but first take look at this beautiful kit:
For this layout I used a picture of my baby boy {not so baby anymore} & my little princess {our dog} being such great pals...I really love this picture of the two of them. My little princess was standing like this because the birds in the water had her interest she wanted to catch them.....

Treasure Today:
With this layout I wanted to have some white space and that went great with this piece of paper don't you think so too? I just picked out the green & orange collectables to go with my layout I can't say it enough I "LOVE" this January kit so much

With this layout I want to enter the January challenge at the "Kaisercraft" blog for the second time {I used the sketch sideways this time} this month there is a sketch which looks very pretty just take a look:

Precious Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***

Hi lovelies,
As winter is not trying it's best to be very cold and snowy here in The Netherlands!
I am longing for those warm day's already....so for today's post I used the pretty "Frolic"collection by the Blue Fern Studios to make a summery card.
It's totally in contrast as what I posted on my Facebook page yesterday lol
As much as I love to make winter projects I also love fluttery summer and spring projects.

I did a lot of stitching one this card which I love to do.

Precious:
Every time I see this word it makes me giggle inside because of the movie "The Lord of the Rings"with Smeagol saying "My Precious"talking to the ring hihihi
This was a really fun and easy card to make if you want to know you can always email me and ask!
You can find my email address on my blog but now let's have a closer look:

First I cut out the largest die of the CM6 - A2 Frames Rectangle Scalloped as the base of my card and I also cut out the third one from the inside out to layer my text on. As you can see on my card I stitched on it as I do on most of my projects....with the machine though because it's way faster. Hand stitching though is way more prettier I think.

I really love all the flower dies by Cheery Lynn and the B324 - Poinsettia Strip which I used here is no exception normally I make my flowers more shabby but this time I only curled the leaves to give it more dimension.

Cheery Lynn Designs dies used:

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today I always love your comments.
