A Daughter is a Little Girl Layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!

 Hello lovely friends,
I am so happy you stopped by my blog today, For today I have another layout to share with you, this time right up my alley a overload of pinks & a touch of teal/aqua. Those are my absolute favorite colors to scrap but who am I kidding lots of colors are. The picture I used is one of Abbey that I used once before for another project with 2Crafty Chipboard. I did some fussy cutting for this layout and the chipboard pieces are treated with some white gesso. I used different colors of alcohol markers & and a text stamp on the pretty swirl that I cut up and tucked in my flower clusters.

Behind the pretty handdrawn flower & the arrow journal spot I added some of the light coloured text paper that is also in the top left corner of my layout. I cut the phrase apart and used on two spots on my layout. Loved making this layout!!

My Soulmate Layout for ***2Crafty Chipboard***!

Hello and goodmorning lovely friends,
How wonderful of you all to stop by my blog, this is my first layout for the month february the month of love as we all know. So this year will mark 27 years of being together with "my soulmate" that's why I called my layout this way. The picture I used is on of us both during a wedding of a now ex-colleague of my husband last may.

This layout was sitting in a plastic layout holder for like a whole year! I started it but then my inspiration for it got lost along the way, I hope I am not the only one with that problem sometimes. Now I finally had the inspiration & right chippies to finish it. 

I treated the chipboard pieces with one layer of white gesso, then I used both my aqua/alcohol markers to color them in different colors. Behind some of the pieces I added papers from the same collection. I have to say I am in love with the new Foliage Set 12 just as much as I am with my husband hahaha just kidding.

A Precious Moment Layout for *2Crafty Chipboard* + Playing at Lindy's Moodboard Challenge January 2025!

For today I have a cute baby layout - one I made for my ex-colleague, she had a baby boy in June and she always loves my work so she asked me to make her a layout and so I did.

Oh my gosh how I love the aqua/alcohol markers it's so easy to add them to your chipboards that it takes a hour less creating. You can add it to just raw chipboards or chipboards treated with gesso. It just makes it a lot easier. 

So all the chipboard pieces are treated with the markers to match the colors of my papers. I have used some soft tones like yellows, greens, browns & white. As most of you maybe know I love to cut up phrases and add words to it I also did that here. 

 With this layout I will be entering this months moodboard challenge at the Lindy's Creative Gang Facebook Page which is new this year you have to use calm & circles. I think you all know what the calm part is {that cute little baby} and for the circles I used two sprays here: Clam Bake Beige & Sea Grass Green to make the circle splatters also the buttons and frames are circles. "Whisper Words of Wisdom" Tag made for the Graphic 45 December 2024 Challenge!

 Hi lovely friends, 
First I would like to wish you a very happy New Year may 2025 be the best year ever! Let it be a creative, healthy and loving year for you and your loved ones. Fot today I would like to show you this tag I created with Graphic 45 papers. I have used the pretty "Life is Abundant" collection which is a bold coloured one although that is a little harder for me to create with since I love soft toned papers so much. But I love how it turned out in the end. 

"Whisper Words of Wisdom" 

With this project I will be entering the Graphic 45 challenge.

For this tag I used two of the dies in the G45 collection. I always love to use two different sizes in tags. The flowers are handmade and I really love the phrases in the collection so I wanted to make that the centerpiece of my tag I used a frame mould to put it in. I also fussy cut the butterflies & dragonflies from the same collection.
